It was almost funny when you first suggested that our business—the fashion industry—could learn a thing or two from West Point. But you made believers of our entire team. Not only was our visit to the Academy one of the most memorable training days I’ve ever spent, but you taught us solid lessons about leadership and leader development that will make us a stronger, better performing organization.
