Leaders—good ones—are consummate jugglers. They communicate, inspire, accomplish today’s goals, map out tomorrow’s plan, constantly better themselves and pass all this collected wisdom on to future leaders. Fortunately, leaders don’t have to invent every practice and strategy. We can learn from what others have done before us. Some of the most vivid leadership lessons are found in stories of military victories and failures.
